Approved Lab/MRO

APCA utilizes Quest Diagnostics and their 3rd party affiliates as the DOT approved collection facility and SAMHSA approved laboratories as required by 49 CFR 40. This allows APCA to work with any mariner or business throughout the nation and ensures accurate and concise results.

APCA's Medical Review Officer (MRO) is certified through AAMRO.
